Group Exercise Classes

Core Conditioning Classes

Based on traditional Pilates principles, these classes focus on improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall movement control. Sessions are delivered in a supportive group environment and supervised by a Physiotherapist to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively, while still providing a challenging and engaging workout tailored to your ability and goals.

New clients to the clinic need to attend an assessment prior to attending their first class.

Clinical Pilates

Our Clinical Pilates classes offer individualised programming in a small group setting, guided by physiotherapists who combine their hands-on expertise with Pilates principles.

This approach is ideal for anyone who needs extra support to exercise safely-such as during injury recovery or when managing chronic pain – as well as for those who want structured, progressive programming to build strength, mobility, and confidence.

Our clinical Pilates classes use a range of Pilates equipment including reformer and combo chair, combined with dumbells and resistance bands designed to tailor the exercise session to your level and goals

Young Seniors Exercise Classes

Led by a qualified physiotherapist, this class aims to improve balance, upper and lower body strength, and core strength. The class is primarily chair-based, making it accessible and safe for participants of all fitness levels and abilities.

This class is suitable for participants of our Falls Prevention Program as part of their weekly exercise participation.
