Bed Fitting Consultations
At Spearwood Physio, we recognise that quality sleep is essential for both physical recovery and mental well-being. Poor sleep can slow healing, increase pain, and impact energy levels. That’s why during your physiotherapy consultation we look closely at your sleep habits—such as your position, night-time waking, pain, and other related issues—to support your overall recovery.
In addition to our physiotherapy services, we’ve partnered with SDLabs to provide personalised bed fitting consultations. Using the innovative Z10 Bodyfit Sleep System, we can help you find the right mattress configuration and sleep setup to reduce pain, improve comfort, and enhance your recovery. [Learn more →]
Group Exercise Classes
As part of our holistic approach to movement and recovery, we offer a range of group exercise classes. These sessions are run by our physiotherapists and tailored to different needs, so you can build strength, mobility, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Clinical Pilates
Our Clinical Pilates classes offer individualised programming in a small group setting, guided by physiotherapists who combine their hands-on expertise with Pilates principles.
This approach is ideal for anyone who needs extra support to exercise safely—such as during injury recovery or when managing chronic pain—as well as for those who want structured, progressive programming to build strength, mobility, and confidence.
Mat Pilates Classes
Traditional Pilates exercises focused on core strength, flexibility, and posture in a group environment. Provides a challenging work-out, supervised by a Physiotherapist to help you achieve your exercises goals in a supportive group setting.
Young Seniors Exercise Classes
Led by a qualified physiotherapist, this class aims to improve balance, upper and lower body strength, and core strength. The class is primarily chair-based, making it accessible and safe for participants of all fitness levels and abilities.
Treatment Modalities
Alongside hands-on therapy and exercise programs, we use a range of treatment modalities to support recovery and enhance results:
