Treatment Modalities

Alongside hands-on therapy and exercise programs, we use a range of treatment modalities to support recovery and enhance results:

  • Force Decks and Dynamo – using the latest technology to guide recovery. [Learn more →]

  • Dry Needling – Targeted muscle release to ease pain and tension.

  • Shockwave Therapy – Non-invasive treatment to stimulate healing in chronic injuries.

  • Laser Therapy – Low-level laser treatment to reduce pain and inflammation.

  • Taping & bracing – Some injuries may require extra support which can be provided by tape (short-term) or bracing (mid to long term)

Your physiotherapist will recommend the right combination of treatments for your individual needs.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. Do I need to see a Doctor first?

A. Not neccessarily, Physiotherapists are highly training in both assessment and treatment of a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Doctors referrals are required for all Care plans, workcover and motor vehicle accident insurance claims.

Q. Can I claim on my health fund?

A. Yes, as long as you have the appropriate cover. You can claim your rebate at the time of your appointment – most funds will pay a portion of the session cost.

Q. What do I need to bring to my appointment?

A. You need to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing – depending on the area to be treated you may need to remove outer layers of clothing. Don’t forget to bring your health fund card, a list of medications you currently take and any additional medical information relevant to your condition (specialist reports, scans etc).

Q. Do you have parking available?

A. Yes, please drive to the rear of the property to park. You will enter the reception area from the side door overlooking the train tracks.

Q. How do I book or change and appointment?

A. We offer online booking via our website here or via our partner booking platforms Health Engine and Hot Doc. If you have an appointment booked but need to make a change, please call our reception team between 8.30am- 5pm weekdays or 8.30am-12pm Saturday on 08 9418 5505.
